CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Once we receive your registration and you have indicated you want to pay by credit card we will email you an invoice from The Art Loft through SQUARE. We use SQUARE to ensure a secure transaction to keep your information safe.

RESERVATION and REFUND policies

**RESERVATION POLICY** *

A preregistration deposit of %50 of the workshop price is required to reserve your place in the workshop. Your position in the workshop is not reserved until the Art Loft has received your deposit or the full balance of the workshop you are registering for. If you decide to pay a deposit the remaining balance of the workshop is due 45 days prior to the start date of the workshop. If the full balance for the workshop you are registering for has not been received at least 45 prior to the workshop then the Art Loft reserves the option to fill your space from the stand-by list or other source (See refund policy). By checking this box you acknowledge that you are the person named in the registration form and have read and understand the Reservation Policy.

**REFUND POLICY** PLEASE READ IN FULL **REFUND POLICY** *

To ensure your position in the Workshop is reserved you must preregister and then have made full payment 45 days prior to the workshop start date. Due to limited space in the workshops if there is a cancellation prior to the final payment deadline the refund will be the deposit amount less $100 dollars. There is no refund after the final payment deadline except in the event your reserved place is filled. If your reserved place is filled the refund will be the amount paid to date less $100. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. By checking this box you acknowledge that you are the person named in the registration form and have read and understand the Refund Policy.
